It's not
easy surviving in urban America today. Guns, gangs, drugs, and prostitution
are out of control in many of our neighborhoods. Young people are dying at
alarming rates. Teenagers are living
in fear just walking to and from school. Many are carrying guns because they would
rather be caught with a gun by police than caught without a gun by an enemy.
Many are choosing to drop out of school, and are turning to gangs, selling drugs, or prostitution.
Others are settling on low paying, dead end jobs asking "would you like
fries with that?" It's a war zone that
many young people are living in
everyday. We get it! The question is how do we stop it? The better
question is "how do THEY top it!" |
