"Nonviolence means
avoiding not only external
physical violence, but also
internal violence of spirit.
You not only refuse to
shoot a man, but you
refuse to hate him."

Who said that?

"We will consider ourselves
successful when we have helped
a high-risk teenager in danger
of turning to the streets make
a U-Turn to a better future and
a U-Turn to a better Life."
