Ron Pasquale has
work with inner-city high-risk and gang involved teenagers since 1989. He has also been educated, trained and has worked professionally in
the Television Communication Industry. Inspired by the many needs of
high-risks teenagers and the many heartbreaking and senseless gang related
murders of the kids he has work with, he founded U-Turn 4 Life, Inc. an
organization dedicated to saving teenage lives.

Nerissa L. Williams,
Executive Producer |

Nerissa Williams has many
valuable years of experience in the Television, Music, and Theatrical
industries. She has worked with major record labels such as Wu Tang and Def
Jam Records. She has worked on popular television programs such as Everybody
Hates Chris with Paramount in LA, and she has helped produce many live stage
theatrical productions all across the US. Nerissa is an effervescent,
systematic, strategic thinker with new and fresh ideas to help reach out to
high-risk young people in Massachusetts.

Sandra Dillon,
Community Liaison Director |

Sandra Dillon is a strong community activist
who has worked as a Social Worker with the Department of Social Services, a
Child Care Licensor for the Office of Children, and a residential counselor
for high-risk youth. She is dedicated to helping high-risk young people
survive and overcome the hurdles that threaten their success and their
lives.
