Reach Out, Identify and Recruit!
Our Associate Producers will reach
out and identify high-risk and gang involved teenagers between the ages of
14 and 19 by 1) visiting high
schools, 2) meeting
with Moms and Dads, 3) talking with Juvenile Probation Officers and Social
Workers, 4) reaching out to churches and clergy members, 5) interacting with
Police Officers, and by 6) going into Juvenile Detention facilities and
Juvenile Parole and Re-Entry Centers. We will then actively recruit those
teenagers as "Production Interns" who will be working on projects using
Video & Television
Production, Music, Dance, and the Performing Arts to promote a
message of education, non-violence, and hope.
