The "Production Intern" Contract
  Once recruited on to one of our "Production Teams", U-Turn 4 Life, Inc. will enter in to a contractual agreement with each young person. Our production company will be operated like any successful business or production studio. Each member of the Team will be expected to complete the tasks assigned to them by their Associate Producer. They will be working on a team and their dedication and productivity will be essential to the success of that team. Although each contract will be unique as every youth will be unique, the core requirement of every contract will be a renewed commitment to education and non-violence. Truancy will be a behavior of the past and dropping out will never be an option for the future.
