Success Equals

Our Goals will be achieved when:
	1) we have helped create a more confident, and a more motivated young person with hopes and dreams. 2) we have introduced a high-risk young person to a brand new world filled with excitement and opportunity. 3) we have reduced the criminal and anti-social involvement of a young person by including them in many positive community enhancing and community advancing activities. 4) we have reduced the truancy and increased academic proficiency of a young person who was once in danger of dropping out of school. 5) we have encouraged a young person to stay on the road to high school graduation and to continue on that road to a valuable college education. We will consider ourselves successful when we have helped a high-risk teenager in danger of turning to the streets make a U-Turn to a better future and a U-Turn to a better Life.
